Return and Exchange Policy

  • Timeframe: 
    • Returns or exchanges must be requested within 3 days of the item’s delivery.
    Conditions for Return or Exchange:
    • Items must be undamaged, unused, and in their original condition.
    • The bag should not have been used at all, with tags and packaging intact.
    Process for Return or Exchange:
    • Customers are responsible for the delivery cost of exchanged items unless they choose to pick up the item from our shop.
    • For returns, money could be refunded, subject to the applied conditions.
    Damaged Items:
    • If an item arrives damaged, customers must provide a video of the product and apply for assistance.
    • Our customer service team will review the request and facilitate a smooth exchange process.
