Return and Exchange Policy
- Timeframe:
- Returns or exchanges must be requested within 3 days of the item’s delivery.
- Items must be undamaged, unused, and in their original condition.
- The bag should not have been used at all, with tags and packaging intact.
- Customers are responsible for the delivery cost of exchanged items unless they choose to pick up the item from our shop.
- For returns, money could be refunded, subject to the applied conditions.
- If an item arrives damaged, customers must provide a video of the product and apply for assistance.
- Our customer service team will review the request and facilitate a smooth exchange process.
